The World's Fastest Throw, is comprehensive program that seeks out athletes and amateurs and tests their ability on how fast they can throw, well, just about anything! The program is designed to test athletes on how fast they can throw objects, then subject them to our CORE training and strengthening program, then re-test their speeds and chart their progress. Athletes and coaches can then see direct correlation between training and results.
